By using our website and/or purchasing goods or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our site.

  • You must be 18 years or older to use our Site or purchase alcoholic products.

  • You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful activity or to transmit harmful content.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who breach these terms.

4. Products & Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as product availability, errors in description or pricing, or suspected fraud.

  • Prices and stock availability are as listed on the Site at the time of purchase; subject to change.

  • You will be notified if your order is cancelled or partially fulfilled.

5. Payments

  • We accept payment via credit card and EFT.

  • Full payment is required before dispatch or collection.

  • You are responsible for all associated transaction fees.

6. Delivery & Shipping

  • Standard shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • You accept that delivery dates are estimates and subject to change.

  • Title and risk pass to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

7. Refunds, Returns & Consumer Rights

  • All products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • Non-alcoholic goods may be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match the description.

  • Alcoholic products cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Please contact us within 7 days for defective items; provide proof via photo.

  • Refunds or repairs will be offered per ACL standards.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All site content—text, images, branding—is owned or licensed by us.

  • You may not copy, distribute or use it without our explicit permission.

  • We own unregistered trademarks related to “Apothecary by Stables & Co.” and our logo.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Content on this Site is provided for general information only; no medical, legal, or financial advice is provided.

  • We disclaim liability for any losses or damage through using the Site or products, except as required under ACL.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

10. Third‑Party Links

  • We may link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content.

11. Privacy & Data

  • Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988.
